Melyuna Çocuk Güvenliği Standartları

Melyuna, yalnızca 18 yaş ve üzeri yetişkinler için bir tanışma, arkadaşlık ve dil değişimi uygulamasıdır. Çocukların cinsel istismarına ve sömürüsüne (CSAE) yönelik sıfır tolerans politikamız vardır. Bu belge, bu konudaki standartlarımızı, tespit ve müdahale yöntemlerimizi açıklar.

1. Kesinlikle Yasaktır

Aşağıdakiler, hangi amaçla yapıldığına bakılmaksızın yasaktır ve hesabın kalıcı olarak kapatılmasıyla sonuçlanır:

  • Çocuk cinsel istismarı materyali (CSAM) — üretmek, paylaşmak, istemek, bulundurmak veya bunlara bağlantı vermek;
  • Reşit olmayan biriyle cinsel amaçlı iletişim, "gruplama" (grooming), kandırma veya buluşma girişimi;
  • Reşit olmayan bir kişiye ait fotoğraf, video veya kimlik bilgisi paylaşmak;
  • Çocukların cinselleştirilmesi — gerçek, çizim, animasyon veya yapay zekâ üretimi olması fark etmez;
  • 18 yaşından küçük bir kişinin uygulamayı kullanması veya kullanmaya çalışması.

Bu davranışlar aynı zamanda suçtur ve yürürlükteki yasalar çerçevesinde yetkili makamlara bildirilir.

2. Yaş Politikası

Kayıt sırasında doğum tarihi zorunludur. Tarih seçici 18 yaşından küçük bir tarih seçilmesine izin vermez ve sunucu tarafında ayrıca doğrulanır. 18 yaşından küçük olduğu tespit edilen hesaplar derhal kapatılır.

Yaş beyanının doğruluğu kullanıcının sorumluluğundadır. Yanlış yaş beyanı, hesabın kalıcı olarak kapatılması sebebidir. Yaş kapısının tek başına yeterli olmadığını biliyoruz; bu nedenle aşağıdaki tespit ve bildirim mekanizmalarını da işletiyoruz.

3. Nasıl Bildirebilirsiniz

Uygulama içinden: Herhangi bir profili, mesajı veya içeriği "Şikâyet Et" seçeneğiyle bildirebilirsiniz. Şikâyet nedenleri listesinin en üstünde *"reşit değil / çocuk güvenliği"* seçeneği yer alır ve uygulamanın desteklediği tüm arayüz dillerinde sunulur.

Doğrudan bize: Çocuk güvenliğiyle ilgili acil durumlarda support@melyuna.com adresine yazabilirsiniz. Bu adrese gelen çocuk güvenliği bildirimleri önceliklidir.

Yetkili makamlara:

Bir çocuğun acil tehlikede olduğunu düşünüyorsanız önce yerel acil durum numaranızı arayın.

4. Tespit ve Müdahale

Otomatik ön inceleme. Sohbet mesajları, çocuk cinsel istismarına işaret eden içerik bakımından otomatik olarak taranır. Otomatik taramayı tek başına yeterli saymıyoruz; kullanıcı bildirimleri ve insan incelemesi eşit derecede önemlidir.

Bir tespit veya bildirim olduğunda:

  • İçeriğe erişimi derhal keseriz ve ilgili hesabı askıya alırız. Bu aşamada kalıcı bir karar verilmez.
  • Kanıtı korur, silmeyiz. İlgili içerik erişimi kısıtlı, ayrı bir alana alınır ve yetkili makamların erişimine hazır tutulur. Hesap silinse dahi bu kayıt korunur.
  • Kalıcı kararı her zaman bir insan verir. Otomatik sistem yalnızca durdurur; hesabı kalıcı olarak kapatmaz. İnceleme sonucunda durumun yanlış alarm olduğu anlaşılırsa hesap geri açılır ve kişiye bildirilir.
  • İtiraz hakkı vardır. Askıya alınan veya kapatılan her hesap, uygulama üzerinden itiraz edebilir. İtiraz kabul edilirse hesap yeniden açılır ve kişi bilgilendirilir.
  • Şikâyet eşiği. Kısa bir zaman aralığında birbirinden bağımsız birden fazla kişiden şikâyet alan hesaplar öncelikli insan incelemesine alınır. Bu durumda hesaba kendiliğinden bir yaptırım uygulanmaz; kararı her zaman bir insan verir.
  • Bildirim. Yürürlükteki yasalar çerçevesinde ilgili makamlara bildiririz — Türkiye'de Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığı ve İhbarweb, ABD kapsamındaki durumlarda NCMEC.

5. Diğer Önlemler

  • Uygulama 18+ olarak sınıflandırılmıştır ve çocuklara yönelik hiçbir içerik, reklam veya özellik barındırmaz.
  • Her kullanıcı, dilediği kişiyi tek dokunuşla engelleyebilir; engellenen kişi bir daha erişemez.
  • Sohbette paylaşılan fotoğraflar herkese açık bir adreste tutulmaz; erişimi kısıtlı bir depoda saklanır ve yalnızca sohbetin taraflarına, süresi sınırlı bağlantılarla sunulur.
  • Çocuk güvenliğiyle ilgili yaptırımlarda hesap sahibine, hangi somut içeriğin yakalandığı açıklanmaz — bu bilgi, kötü niyetli bir kişinin tespitten kaçınmasını kolaylaştırır.

Melyuna is a dating, friendship and language-exchange app exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This document sets out our standards in this area and how we detect and respond to violations.

1. Strictly Prohibited

The following are prohibited regardless of intent and result in permanent termination of the account:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — creating, sharing, soliciting, possessing, or linking to it;
  • Sexualized communication with a minor, grooming, deception, or attempting to arrange a meeting;
  • Sharing photos, videos, or identifying information of a minor;
  • Sexualization of children — whether real, drawn, animated, or generated by artificial intelligence;
  • Any use or attempted use of the app by a person under 18.

These acts are also crimes and are reported to the competent authorities as required by applicable law.

2. Age Policy

Date of birth is required at registration. The date picker does not allow a date under 18 to be selected, and this is additionally verified server-side. Accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 are terminated immediately.

Users are responsible for the accuracy of their stated age. Misstating your age is grounds for permanent termination of the account. We are aware that an age gate alone is not sufficient, which is why we also operate the detection and reporting mechanisms described below.

3. How to Report

In the app: You can report any profile, message, or content using the "Report" option. *"Underage / child safety"* appears at the top of the list of reporting reasons and is offered in every interface language the app supports.

Directly to us: For urgent child-safety matters, write to support@melyuna.com. Child-safety reports sent to this address are prioritized.

To the authorities:

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first.

4. Detection and Response

Automated pre-screening. Chat messages are automatically screened for content indicating child sexual abuse. We do not treat automated screening as sufficient on its own; user reports and human review matter equally.

When something is detected or reported, we:

  • Immediately cut access to the content and suspend the account. No permanent decision is made at this stage.
  • Preserve the evidence — we do not delete it. The content is moved to a separate, access-restricted area and kept available to the competent authorities. This record is preserved even if the account is deleted.
  • Always leave the permanent decision to a human. The automated system only stops activity; it does not terminate an account. If review shows it was a false alarm, the account is restored and the person is notified.
  • Provide a right of appeal. Every suspended or terminated account can appeal from within the app. If the appeal is accepted, the account is reinstated and the person is informed.
  • Apply a reporting threshold. Accounts reported by several independent people within a short period are escalated for priority human review. No sanction is applied to the account automatically in this case; the decision is always made by a human.
  • Report. We report to the competent authorities as required by applicable law — in Türkiye the Public Prosecutor's Office and İhbarweb, and NCMEC for matters within U.S. scope.

5. Additional Measures

  • The app is rated 18+ and contains no content, advertising, or features directed at children.
  • Every user can block anyone with a single tap; a blocked person loses all access.
  • Photos shared in chat are not held at a public address; they are stored in an access-restricted bucket and served only to the participants of that conversation through time-limited links.
  • In child-safety enforcement we do not disclose to the account holder which specific content was flagged — that information would help a bad actor evade detection.
